2008 Conference: Creating Value

Making reservations:
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. The hotel requires a valid credit card upon individual reservation, and full payment the first day of arrival. All reservations must be made by the cut-off date Oct.1. Reservations may be cancelled until 6pm the day of arrival without penalty. Any reservation cancelled after 6pm the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a one (1) night stay.

Hotel rooms are subject to all local federal and provincial taxes. You must reserve by phone and please ask for IN-HOUSE RESERVATIONS when you make your reservations, mention "Canadian Society of Value Analysis" to qualify for the group rate of $119 per night. Upgrades may be available at an additional charge.

Special meal requests:
A continental breakfast and buffets will be served to attendees on both days and the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions. If you have diabetic, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher or other special dietary requirements, please notify us with your registration.
