Registration:Conference registration includes admission to technical sessions, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, the awards dinner on Oct. 27 and all conference material. Additional fees are required for the optional training courses
Payment:Payment must accompany all conference registrations before they will be processed. Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, personal and company checks. Payment must be in Canadian Funds and checks must be made payable to SCAV-CSVA.
Confirmation:Conference registrations made online will receive an e-mail confirmation of registration. Individuals who mail their conference registrations and payment via postal delivery will receive written confirmation of their registration. The confirmation of registration will serve as your receipt for payment.
Cancellation policy:Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing, e-mail or fax to the CSVA office no later than October 1, 2008. Cancellations by this date will be subject to a cancellation charge of $25. No refunds will be given for any cancellations received after October 1st.
